Posting Vacancies
On the "Post New Jobs" page you complete a form with details of the vacancy. Character space is limited to comply with the regulations of the various job boards, and to prevent you from losing content when the job is submitted. (A character counter tells you when you reach the limit). Once this is completed you can simply hit "Post the Job" and your vacancy will be released. If you have made mistakes and wish to re-complete the form, "Reset" will clear the details in the form. Cancel will take you back to your personal homepage without submitting the vacancy.

This process has been reduced to a "One Click Process" to save you time. Choosing your job boards is done under the "Personal Job Board Selection" page.

Setting a time delay for your vacancy release
Within the "Posting Vacancy" function it is possible to set a release time and date for your vacancy to be submitted. This function allows you to ensure your advert will go to the top of the pile as you can release it after other agencies have left for the day and have posted all their vacancies.

Personal Job Board Selection / Managing your Job Boards
In this section you will have a complete list of the Job Boards that are compatible with the JobMate service. Simply check the box next to the Job Board you wish to post vacancies to. Once you click the "Update" button your selections will be saved. This process removes the need to check boxes each time you submit a vacancy. Please note, you can only post vacancies to Job Boards to which you subscribe.

View My Jobs
In this section you can view the vacancies that you have submitted. This list can be sorted by any of the headers at the top, allowing you to search through your vacancies by date, job title, reference and status.

Change Personal Details
In the "Change Password" section you can amend your personal details relating to contact details, email address and login details.

Agency Job Board Selection
This section allows you, the administrator, to control the Job Boards your agency uses. This allows you complete control over where your vacancies are posted in an easy to manage format. In this section you can complete the login details for the various Job Boards you subscribe to, which is required for jobs to be posted. Please note, you can only post vacancies to Job Boards to which you subscribe.

Manage Users
As the administrator, you have the functions to add or remove consultants to your account with JobMate. Additionally you can edit the details relating to your consultants concerning their contact details and login details.

View All Jobs
This page offers the ability to view the total number of jobs posted by your agency through JobMate. You can sort these details by consultant, date, job title, reference code and status. This allows you to monitor the activity of your consultants.
